Introducing... Organizr

We're pleased to introduce Organizr, the latest addition to the Flickr toolbox, to help you more easily store, sort, search and share your photos. Organizr is a powerful tool that enables you to quickly find and edit your photos, create sets and add your photos to group pools. Oh yeah - Organizr runs right in your browser. There's nothing to install.

For a quick intro, watch the movies below. (Also available as a single high quality file for offline viewing - .mov, 26MB zipped.)

1. Browse and search. Using the timeline selector you can easily find photos in a date range, search by keywords or find photos tagged with any combination of tags you've used.

2. Photosets. Create photosets with Organizr by dragging and dropping them into a new set. Photosets work like albums, and people can view them as galleries or as slide shows (coming soon!).

3. Group photo pools. Using Organizr, you can add a bunch of photos to a group pool. A group pool can consist of all the photos taken by various guests at a wedding, or center around a common interest, such as grilling.

4. Flickr API. Organizr is built on the Flickr API, which we are opening up to developers. Think you can make a better version? Click here for more info..
5. Like what you see? Open a free account on Flickr, upload some photos, and give it a whirl.
